GL 34 (A+B)
Solvent-free, low viscosity epoxy system.
Description
GL34/A and GL 34/B are the two components of a low-viscosity and solvent free epoxy system, not charged with fillers, reactive and with hardening at ambient temperature.
It is used to resin, the sealing and the hardening of marble, granite and natural stones slabs, but it could be also used for hardening by walls injection ad to waterproof porous and absorbent surfaces.

FAQs
What is the GL 34 epoxy system used for?
GL 34 (A+B) is a low-viscosity epoxy system used for resin sealing, hardening, and waterproofing marble, granite, and other natural stone slabs.
Can GL 34 be used for wall injection?
Yes, GL 34 can also be used for hardening by wall injection and is effective for waterproofing porous and absorbent surfaces.
Does GL 34 require any fillers?
No, GL 34 is solvent-free and not charged with fillers, making it a pure and reactive system for sealing and hardening stone surfaces.
How does GL 34 harden?
GL 34 hardens at ambient temperature and does not require external heat sources.
Is GL 34 suitable for use in commercial applications?
Yes, GL 34 is highly durable and suitable for both residential and commercial applications where stone hardening and sealing are required.
How should GL-34 AB be applied to stone surfaces?
Mix GL-34 A and GL-34 B components thoroughly in equal proportions as specified in the Technical Data Sheet. Apply the low-viscosity epoxy by brush, spatula, roller or via injection for wall applications, ensuring full penetration into pores and joints. Work at ambient temperature and allow to cure undisturbed for the recommended pot life and cure time.
How should GL-34 AB be stored to maintain its effectiveness?
Store both components in their original, tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry place (ideally between 10–25 °C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep upright to prevent leaks, and use within the shelf-life period stated on the label to ensure optimal reactivity and performance.
Is GL-34 AB resistant to water and moisture?
Yes. Once cured, GL-34 AB forms a solvent-free, waterproof epoxy network that resists water ingress and effectively waterproofs porous or absorbent surfaces, making it ideal for both sealing and moisture-barrier applications.
Are there any color options available for GL-34 AB?
GL-34 AB is supplied as a clear, amber-hued epoxy system with no added fillers, ensuring minimal visual impact on stone. If a tinted finish is required, compatible color pastes can be blended into the epoxy prior to application. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for approved pigment options.
