OXIDANT

Product to remove stains damp, yellowing, tannin and other stubborn stains.
Description
OXIDANT is a water-based stain remover to definitively solve specific types of stain on different types of material. The special, unique formula makes it a definitive, effective solution to:
> Remove yellowing and yellow stains caused through rising damp or water penetration of surfaces;
> Remove damp stains from materials or dark marks caused by water absorption on natural stone.
> Remove stubborn stains such as nicotine and tannin
> Complete the rust removal stage from marble and lime-based material, removing the purple residue from the extraction action of MAR GEL PLUS

FAQs
What is OXIDANT used for?
OXIDANT is a water-based stain remover designed to address specific types of stains like yellowing, damp stains, tannin, nicotine, and other stubborn stains on various materials.
How does OXIDANT work?
OXIDANT removes yellow stains caused by rising damp or water penetration, as well as stubborn stains like nicotine, tannin, and water absorption marks.
Can OXIDANT remove rust stains?
Yes, OXIDANT also helps complete the rust removal process from marble and lime-based materials by eliminating the purple residue left by MAR GEL PLUS.
Is OXIDANT safe for all materials?
OXIDANT is safe for use on a variety of materials, including natural stone, and specifically targets stains without damaging the surface.
Which types of stains can Oxidant effectively remove?
Oxidant stain removers, like OxiClean and hydrogen peroxide, are effective at removing a variety of stains, particularly those with organic or natural origins. They work by using an oxidizing agent to break down the stain's color molecules, effectively lightening or removing the stain.
Are there any surfaces that Oxidant should not be used on?
Oxidant is formulated exclusively for porous mineral substrates, natural stones, agglomerates, concrete, terracotta, ceramics, and similar materials listed under “Areas of Application.” It is not recommended for use on organic or non-mineral surfaces such as wood, metal, painted finishes, or plastics, where its water-based chemistry may be ineffective or leave residues.
How often should I use Oxidant to maintain my stone surfaces?
Oxidant is designed as an as-needed treatment for visible yellowing, damp marks, tannin or nicotine stains. Rather than a routine sealer, apply it only when stains appear ,typically once or twice a year in high-humidity areas, or whenever rising damp or discoloration becomes evident.
Is Oxidant safe for use around pets and children?
Yes. Oxidant is a water-based formula without aggressive acids or solvents, making it low-toxicity once applied. During application, keep pets and children away until the treated surface has dried (usually within 1–2 hours) to prevent tracking or contact with wet product. After drying, no harmful residues remain.
