Flagstone Fix Bio Wash is a ready-to-apply biocidal solution and surface cleaner for the concrete walls of buildings. It removes fungus, bacteria, algae and moss that are already there, and it stops them growing back. The formula is non-acidic, so it does not damage cement or reinforcement. Use it on exterior walls and roof terraces before waterproofing and painting.

A wall fungus remover for exterior walls
Flagstone Fix Bio Wash is a wall fungus remover and surface cleaner for the concrete walls of buildings. Fungus, algae and moss on outside walls is a common problem in India and it gets worse through the monsoon. It removes the growth that is already there and prevents new growth, so paint and waterproofing last longer.

Where to use
Exterior vertical walls and roof terraces, before waterproofing and painting.
How to use
- Clean the surface so it is free of dust, debris, oil and loose particles. Rinse with water and let it dry.
- Remove any wax, epoxy or coating first. Resurface badly worn or damaged areas before you start.
- Apply Flagstone Fix Bio Wash by brush, about 30 to 40 sq ft per litre.
- Wire-brush the surface at the same time to lift hidden dirt and growth.
- Wash the surface with water.
- Apply a second coat by brush.
- Let it dry before painting, or wash it off with water and paint directly.

Storage and shelf life
Six months from the date of manufacture when kept cool and dry in the original container.
Safety
Causes skin and serious eye irritation and may cause an allergic reaction. Wear gloves and goggles. Do not dilute or mix with acid. Do not inhale the vapour. If it gets in the eyes, rinse with water for several minutes and seek medical advice if needed.
